NTCA has several ways that parents can get involved and volunteer at the school, one way is through our Cougar PRIDE Committee. The CPC is NTCA's volunteer group serving as an extension of the Marketing and Outreach Committees which operates under the umbrellas of the board. The CPC will operate to fulfill the purpose outlined by the acronym P.R.I.D.E.

• Philanthropy - So our students develop a giving heart and generous spirit of serving others. Example: Shoes for Orphan Souls
• Resource - Fundraising to help keep tuition rates reasonable and provide scholarships. Examples: Auction and Golf Tournament
• Internal Communications - Examples: Newsletter and Website
• Development - This is a broad category which includes developing relationships with area businesses for sponsorships and cross-promotion opportunities to developing programs for our students, such as sports or educational activities.
• Events - This category includes internal events such as the uniform resale, spaghetti dinner, book fair etc. and external events such as sporting events, family fun nights, Father/Daughter dances or Mother/Son challenges that give our students visibility in the community.
